How It Works

How Screen Printing Works

Screen printing is an art — and there are so many factors you have to get right for your artwork to look great on a garment. It all starts with the screen: we burn each colour onto a screen, then register them all on the machine. Once the screens are ready, it's ink time. We use the highest quality inks so our prints are sharp, bright, and last a long time. Once ink is applied to the garment, the inks have to cure properly — and making sure the inks cure is the key to making a print last. Screen printing is used for so many types of garments: racing apparel, sports, promotional, advertising, or business purposes. Whatever your need, we've got you covered.
